1 Year Already

It has been a full year since I was first asked to become the Artist in Residence for The Canadian Quilters' Association. So far it has been a wonderful experience, the Summer issue is now out and features this design/pattern.

The process requires us to be working several months in advance, my article for the Autumn issue is complete and has been submitted....can't show it, of course.....but a tiny peek can't hurt. Now I need to think about Winter.

Beautiful! I am a relatively new quilter, so am always in awe of this kind of amazing FMQ!
I am Saskatchewan, and had not heard about the Canadian Quilters Association...will have to check that out, thanks.

Oh my.....what lovely quilting.
Did you machine sew or hand sew the appliqued celtic design?

Happy Sewing

Another beautiful design - this is really up my street and that hint of the winter issue is very tantalising ....

What fabulous quilting, Jill -- I do wish we could have access to this magazine in the States. There aren't enough good art quilting periodicals available here. Your work would be reason enough to subscribe, of course.

Ugghh! You are so good, having your article already in. I have a draft, but it is so not funny enough... I detest writers' block=)
